Once used as a traditional Alpine grain store, Grenier Les Bouts is now a private mountain hideaway created just for two.

Grenier Les Bouts began life more than 125 years ago as a traditional stone grain store for the neighbouring farmhouse. Today, it’s a completely private, two-storey mountain retreat created specifically for two.
We wanted to retain as much of its original character as possible, so you’ll find old stone, reclaimed timber, handmade furniture and plenty of individual details—including the Grenier’s original, slightly wonky front door.
UPSTAIRS
Enter from the balcony into the open-plan living space beneath a high vaulted ceiling. There’s a comfortable lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, with a wood-burning stove at the heart of the room during the winter months.
The balcony looks out across the valley and surrounding mountains—perfect for morning coffee, vin chaud after skiing or simply sitting and taking in the view.
DOWNSTAIRS
Stairs lead to the king-size bedroom and en-suite shower room, with a large rain shower and underfloor heating.
French doors open directly from the bedroom onto a second private outdoor space, with seating for relaxing and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. A Weber BBQ is provided during the summer months.
Bathrobes, soft cotton towels and toiletries are provided for a relaxed, boutique stay.
THE PRACTICAL BITS
Grenier Les Bouts is approximately 42m² across its two floors. It’s intentionally intimate and works particularly well for couples looking for something more individual than an apartment or hotel room.

L’appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée : très propre, confortable et entièrement équipé, rien ne manquait. Katie a également été très réactive, attentionnée et sympathique tout au long du séjour. Le petit cadeau de bienvenue a été une délicate attention très appréciée ! :)
Cirrus, leur adorable chat venait régulièrement nous rendre visite pour une tonne de câlins, et c’était un vrai bonheur !!! Un vrai plus pour les amoureux des animaux.
Nous avons passé un superbe week-end et gardons un très beau souvenir de ce séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un endroit paisible, chaleureux et dépaysant en Haute-Savoie.

Au calme , très vite en pleine nature et des débuts de chemins de ski de rando et raquettes, mais aussi très proche de Morzine et départ en ski du Pleney , des Gets ou de Avoriaz . (Le chery Nord étant fermé )
Le grenier des bouts est très confortable et bénéficie d’un ensoleillement incroyable !

The Grenier is gorgeous, a fantastic rénovation, beautiful inside, cozy, warm, with everything possible provided. One of the very best Airbnb's we have stayed in (and we use Airbnb a lot: 5-6 times a year)
The setting is beautiful, a 5-minute drive to the Mont Chery slopes, a 10 minute drive to Morzine (very busy), and I imagine it is just as lovely in the summer months for cycling and walking.
What also helped was that Katie and Mark were such great hosts.
A top tip ? Absolutely....but please don't tell everyone, or they'll all want to stay here !!

The place is small (as is made clear in advance) but very cute and perfect for a couple: everything is very cleverly and sympathetically designed so that the old structure of the building is enhanced by various contemporary mod-cons. All was super clean and tidy. Katie came over and explained everything to us. We know the ski area well but she kindly made a reservation for us at the village restaurant, where we spent a lovely evening. We'd definitely stay here again if we were coming as a couple. A real find.
