1. About Holiday House France

Holiday House France provides an online platform through which independent property owners and managers can advertise holiday accommodation and visitors can discover properties and contact owners or follow booking links.

2. Holiday rental listings

Property information is supplied by the relevant owner, manager or authorised representative. They are responsible for keeping descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, facilities, house rules and other listing information accurate and up to date.

3. Bookings and rental contracts

Unless a particular listing expressly states otherwise, Holiday House France is not the owner, letting agent or contracting party for the accommodation. Any booking or rental agreement is made directly between the guest and the property owner or manager. Their own booking terms, cancellation policy, payment arrangements and house rules apply.

4. Payments

Holiday House France does not take commission from holiday bookings. Where a guest is directed to contact or book with an owner, any payment arrangements are between those parties unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Owner accounts and listings

Owners must provide truthful information and must have the right to advertise the property concerned. We may refuse, suspend or remove a listing or account where information is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, insecure or inconsistent with the purpose of the platform.

6. Holidaymaker Accounts

Visitors may create a free Holidaymaker Account to save favourite properties, maintain a shortlist and make use of account features intended to make enquiries and holiday planning easier. Holidaymaker Accounts are for personal holiday-search use and are separate from Owner Accounts used to advertise accommodation.

Holidaymakers are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for using the account lawfully. Holiday House France may suspend or close an account where necessary for security, misuse or serious breach of these terms. A holidaymaker may close their account through the account area.

7. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may occasionally be changed, suspended or unavailable for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

8. Intellectual property

Owners retain responsibility for ensuring they have permission to use the photographs, text and other material they submit. Holiday House France branding, site design and original platform content may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability

Holiday House France provides a platform for independent listings and does not guarantee the condition, availability or suitability of an independently owned property. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The current version published on this website will apply from the date shown below.
