La Laiterie

The cottage combines traditional charm with modern comforts and offers 165 m² of spacious accommodation arranged over two floors. Its unusual upside-down layout makes the most of the lovely countryside views, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring Normandy.

La Laiterie has three comfortable double bedrooms and generous living areas, providing plenty of room for everyone. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Other facilities include modern bathrooms, a separate downstairs toilet, heating, double glazing, UK and French television channels, and high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi.

Outside, guests can enjoy their own decked terrace with barbecue, ideal for breakfast in the sunshine, relaxed lunches or evening meals together. The shared gardens and surrounding countryside provide plenty of opportunities to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful rural setting. On clear evenings, the lack of light pollution makes the area wonderful for stargazing.

Les Rouges Terres offers a relaxing countryside retreat while remaining conveniently located for exploring Normandy. The nearby town of Torigny-les-Villes provides local shops and amenities, while Saint-Lô offers a wider choice of restaurants and services. The historic town of Bayeux, famous for its tapestry and medieval streets, is within easy driving distance, as are the D-Day landing beaches and the spectacular Mont-Saint-Michel.

Whether you are interested in history, sightseeing, walking, local markets or simply enjoying a slower pace of life, there is plenty to discover nearby.
