Le Petit Rêve

With its red shutters, lakeside setting and woodland garden, Le Petit Rêve is a small, characterful chalet for a romantic escape in the French Alps. Just steps from Lake Montriond and close to Morzine, it offers a welcoming base for mountain adventures or simply spending time together.

The detached chalet has around 45 m² of thoughtfully arranged space over two floors. Downstairs, the newly renovated kitchen and living area combine cosy charm with modern comforts, including underfloor heating, a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with a compact dishwasher. Low ceilings add to the intimate feel.

Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed, luxury bed linen and a dressing table. An armchair converts into a single bed for one child, and a travel cot is available on request. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated floor, towel rail and a natural stone basin on an antique marble washstand. Robes and toiletries are provided.

Outside, the private garden is a lovely place for breakfast, a barbecue or an afternoon with a book. Tucked into the garden is your own sauna, with a large window looking into the woodland. Unlimited sauna use is complimentary when booking directly with us.

Summer days can be spent swimming and paddleboarding on the lake, exploring walking trails or discovering the surrounding villages. Two paddleboards are provided for guests, and the summer Portes du Soleil Multi Pass is included.

In winter, the Ardent lift is approximately five minutes away by car or seasonal bus, giving access to the Portes du Soleil ski area. The free seasonal bus stops around 100 metres from the chalet, and snowshoes are provided for exploring on foot.

Spring brings fresh greenery and quieter trails, while autumn turns the woodland gold. Le Petit Rêve welcomes guests throughout the year and is also ideally located for those attending weddings at the nearby Domaine du Baron or Hotel du Lac.

A welcome hamper and kitchen essentials help you settle in. Bakery delivery and raclette or fondue evenings can be arranged in advance for an additional charge.

Dogs are welcome, although the garden is not fully enclosed and dogs are not permitted upstairs.

Around 90 minutes from Geneva Airport, Le Petit Rêve is hosted by Jen, who lives locally and is happy to share favourite walks, places to eat and ideas for your stay.
