Maison Fleurie is situated in the beautiful countryside in central Brittany but close to all amenities and the picturesque village of Gouarec.
A private parking and entrance brings you to Maison Fleurie and it’s private heated in ground swimming pool with plenty of shade for the summer months.

French doors lead into the open plan cottage with the lounge overlooking the terrace and swimming pool. Two leather comfy sofas are ideal for watching the television which has all U.K. channels and is linked to the internet so you can access your own Netflix, Amazon etc accounts.

A newly fitted modern kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Integrated electric oven, dishwasher, gas hob, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer along with a large selection of cooking utensils.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a shower room.

Maison Fleurie is situated 5kms north of the pretty historic village of Gouarec which has the Nantes to Brest Canal running through it. The large Lac du Guerledan is close by with its Sandy beaches and all the water sports it has to offer.

Whether you are looking for a busy active holiday or just relaxing by the pool, Maison Fleurie has everything you need, The port towns of Saint Malo and Roscoff are an easy 1 3/4 drive away. Caen and Cherbourg are within a 3 1/2 drive too.

The master bedroom. Has a large Velux window with blackout blind and views over the garden. A king size modern oak bed along with matching bedside cupboards and double wardrobe.

The second bedroom has two single beds with matching bedside cabinets and a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Again there is a Velux window with blackout blind and views over the garden.

Outside you have a private garden and large terrace with lots of seating areas. A pergola with an outside table and chairs is perfect for eating alfresco and enjoying a glass of wine in the shade . The in ground swimming pool is heated by solar and also an air source heat pump.

A BBQ area close to the house is ideal for those leisurely evenings BBQs whilst watching the sun set in the distance.
