The old stables

A beautiful barn converted into a large holiday home, with a contemporary touch and a double aspect living room with use of the heated swimming pool sleeping eight people in four bedrooms. The house has patio doors at the front overlooking the swimming pool and at the back overlooking Lac du Pellinec which is ideal for fishing, no powered boats are allowed on the lake.

This large house has been designed to accommodate up to right people, having two large master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious twin bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds that share a family bathroom..

The ground floor
is open plan with a spacious kitchen overlooking the large dining room table allowing everyone to eat together should you wish to do so. The fully fitted modern kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine. The double aspect living room has two large sofas overlooking the back terrace and the lake, the second living area is located at the front of the cottage overlooking the pool. A large flat screen Smart TV allows you to watch U.K. TV via Freesat and Netflix and Amazon prime by using your accounts .

,A large outdoor table and chairs are situated on the terrace overlooking the lake to enjoy a quiet breakfast in the morning or a meal in the evening at sunset. A charcoal bbq is situated on the rear terrace. The downstairs cloakroom served from the hallway has a washing machine . A table football will entertain children of all ages which is situated in the lounge area.

The first floor
Benefits from 2 master bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms makes this cottage suitable for two families sharing or multi generation families.
The first master bedroom is very spacious and offers views of the lake and has a large bathroom with a modern freestanding bath and separate walk-in shower along with a sink and w.c. There is ample storage space with a freestanding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
The second master suite has a kings size bed, an en-suite bath room with an overhead shower, toilet and sink. This bedroom has a large freestanding wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
The third bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and has views over looking the lake.
The fourth bedroom has bunk beds, chest of drawers and again a view overlooking the lake.
The family bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink.

Outside, the cottage has use of the heated fully fenced swimming pool. Plenty of sun loungers allow you to relax and soak up the sunshine. Swimming pool open June to Mid September . Chance to book cottage with private sole use of the pool!

All bed linen is provided (except for cots) and beds are made up for your arrival. Please provide all your own towels for both the house and swimming pool, we do provide bath mats and t towels .
