Welcome to Les Prairies de Latry, a peaceful private holiday estate in the beautiful Charente countryside of South West France.

Perfect for large families, reunions and groups of friends, the estate brings together 5 independent holiday cottages accommodating up to 28 guests across 13 bedrooms.

Everyone can enjoy their own private cottage while still spending their holiday together. A large communal kitchen and dining area makes it easy for the whole group to gather around the same table.

Outside, you will have one hectare of beautiful grounds to enjoy, with a large 12 × 6 metre heated swimming pool, a separate 5 × 5 metre heated paddling pool, private terraces, barbecues and plenty of space for children to play.

Activities include pétanque, table tennis and badminton, as well as a swing and children's playhouse.

The estate is surrounded by peaceful countryside, meadows and woodland, while being ideally located for exploring Charente and Dordogne. Beautiful villages such as Aubeterre-sur-Dronne and Villebois-Lavalette are within easy reach, with Angoulême also making an excellent day trip.

Beds are made for your arrival, baby equipment is available, and there is plenty of private parking.
